Alternatively for Guests not wanting a cooked breakfast, a lighter option is available which includes Cereals, fruit juice and the making of your own tea or coffee, this is on a casual basis of guests helping themselves. Terms & Conditions
Booking Conditions: We advise guests to keep for reference
Deposits : At the time of the booking a deposit of £10 per person per night is required to confirm the booking. Payable either by credit/ debit card or by cheque in the post making cheques payable to "merrywood B&B"
CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will make every attempt to re-let the room and return your payment. If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited. We strongly advise holiday insurance cover for your peace of mind.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Please advise at time of booking REQUIRED arrival time 3pm to 10pm ( outside these times only on pre arrangement) Departures by 11am.
GUEST NUMBERS: The number of people occupying a room must not exceed the number stated.
PETS: Well behaved pets are most welcome in 2 of our outside ground floor rooms. Sorry, we do not accept pets in the main house. However, no pets should be left alone in the rooms or allowed to foul the gardens. We ask guests to keep there dogs on leads in the garden due to the family free range pets.
In the unlikely event of your room being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.
The use of accommodation and garden is entirely at the guests risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage.
PARKING: Parking for one car per room is available on our private drive . The proprietors of Merrywood do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to vehicles whilst on our property.
